The Hub is literally the centre of this smallish town in Northern Australia.  Based right down town at the foot of the pier that is the focal point of the town, the Hub along with the attached coffee shop is a major meeting point for visitors & locals. 

We ran with the idea of branding the address into the logo so that people could instantly know where it is.
